I can connect and use extOSC in my project already. I am using the imported scene to test and the only thing it will do is move the head to the position sent on the first frame. No rotation, no other motion on the face at all.
I am using 2021.2.0b15.3666 and upgraded the materials to hdrp.
The extOSC console shows connected and receives a few inputs. 5 seconds limits testing in unity. Not sure if that has anything to do with it though. Over wifi, not usb.
