This hotfix improves license activation recovery for valid licenses after reinstall, device checkpoint changes, or activation state refreshes.

Fixes

  • Fixed activation fallback so valid licenses with a stale or changed device checkpoint can proceed to the server activation or replacement policy instead of stopping at verification.
  • Kept security, integrity, canary, ticket, update, network, and cooldown failures protected from automatic activation fallback.

Diagnostics

  • Added regression coverage for license activation fallback reason handling.
