GoodMemory v0.7.0: local, auditable memory across more languages

GoodMemory v0.7.0 is now available.

GoodMemory gives Codex, Claude Code, AI applications, and other MCP clients durable memory that remains local-first, inspectable, correctable, exportable, and deletable.

What is available in v0.7.0

• built-in language packs for English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, and Spanish
• SQLite by default, with Postgres opt-in
• a local Inspector for records, provenance, recall traces, and maintenance
• installed Codex and Claude Code host hooks
• a standalone stdio MCP server for other clients
• read-only MCP access by default; writeback remains explicit and opt-in

Install or upgrade

npm install -g goodmemory@0.7.0
goodmemory setup

For another MCP client:

goodmemory-mcp --standalone --user-id YOUR_USER_ID
