Allow all package managers to be enabled/disabled independently

My current OS is Aurora which uses only brew and flatpak for package management.

This seems to be confusing app since it suspects that dnf should be present given the Fedora base.

Running:

app -m dnf disable

Results in:

Just to be sure, there's no case where dnf is used 99% in Aurora right? Would brew then be the default package manager? If so, by the design logic of app, I should be adding Aurora in as a separate distro that has brew as the default (native) package manager rather than allowing the enabling/disabling of the default/native package manager of the distro...
