Installation

Usage

Basic example of preprocessing a BIDS dataset:

from neuroaccel.preprocessing import MotionCorrection, SliceTiming

# Initialize pipeline with GPU settings
pipeline = Pipeline(device='cuda')  # or 'rocm' for AMD GPUs
