Importing .csv or .txt files for satellites

I think we should be able to import .csv and .txt files for satellites. Other hams have some configs ready, but we cant import them (atleast I dont know a way). Adding a import functionality would be really cool for the application.

I fact, it would be great to have a single online resource that collects all active FM sats with their transponder frequencies. I can handle everything, as long as the sats are referenced uniquely by their NORAD id.

Currently, I use satnogs transponder database. This, however, is a somewhat wild collection of transponders. Not only ham radio and lacking details like CTCSS tones etc. Ideally some organisation (i am looking at you AMSAT) provides something like https://www.amsat.org/live-fm-satellites/ in machine readable form and including CTCSS info and APRS transponder too.

So if you have some reliable source, let me know.
