docs(pharmacy): add nursing workbench entry points, fix stale search-returns docs Add Nursing Workbench as a documented alternate entry point for the direct-issue return and ward-return flows, and expand its page with cross-links, the missing pharmacy privileges, and a note about the two buttons that behave differently from their Admission Profile counterparts. Search-Inpatient-Direct-Issue-Returns.md described filters, a Search Bills/Search Items toggle, and item-level results that no longer exist in pharmacy_search_return_bill_bht.xhtml; rewritten to match the actual current page (single search, bill-level results only) and flag that the Nursing Workbench's 'by Item' button points to a non-existent page. Search-Inpatient-Direct-Issue-By-Bill.md gained the missing MRN/PHN filter, its result columns, the Manage Bill entry point into returns, and cross-links.

docs(pharmacy): document direct issue return flow, fix stale ward return steps Add a new Direct Issue Return to Pharmacy article covering the BhtIssueReturnController flow (Manage Bill -> To Return Item), which was previously undocumented and distinct from the pharmacy-accepted ward return flow. Cross-link the two return flows so readers land on the right one. Update the master Ward Medicine Request/Issue/Return workflow article's Step 4, which still described the old free-form return UI replaced by the receive-bill-scoped flow, and add the pharmacy-side Accept Returns from Ward menu path to Inward-Ward-Return-to-Pharmacy.
