docs(pharmacy): document July 2026 fixes from RH Inward Pharmacy Stage 2 Adds recent-fix notes to the pages covering Disposal/Consumption relabel and expiry restriction (#9346, #14081), BHT-request comments (#15381), PO approval double-click guards (#14846), disbursement/transfer privilege guards (#21994, #14869), retail sale return day-limit/approval (#22055), and Slow/Fast/Non Movement report fixes (#14863). Adds two new pages — Cost of Goods Sold Report and Slow/Fast/Non Movement Report — covering the COGS/BHT-issue variance fix (#22109) since no page existed for either report previously.
