** Release Process:**

  • create release branch
  • update release note in HO (up to date before BETA)
  • terminate DEV Q&A, create 1st BETA
  • announce it both to translators and on HT forum
  • finish release_notes and HT forum announcement @DavidatorusF
  • terminate BETA Q&A
  • update release note in HO (up to date before STABLE)
  • update stable branch
  • release stable inc. artefacts publication
  • update latest Release information on ReadMe
  • update HO/docs/latest*.html and verify the presence of release_notes(*).md in the master branch required by the HO3 update
  • publish HT forum announcement
  • create ticket for next RLS
  • append release_notes to changelog

The elvis operator returns the alternate branch if the condition is an empty string:
