Initial GitHub release of BetterBright, a PSP brightness control plugin for ARK-4 / FasterARK custom firmware.

Download

Use BetterBright_v0.4.zip for installation. It contains:

  • BetterBright.prx
  • BetterBright.ini

Notes

  • Brightness levels are configured in BetterBright.ini.
  • Tested default values are included for PSP-3000 0g9.
  • Brightness is remembered using BetterBright.dat.
  • Legacy plugin-loading examples are included in the repo, but are untested.

Known issue

Brightness may not restore after waking from sleep. Press the Display button, or your configured brightness combo, to re-apply the selected level.
