Changed

  • Docker worker images fetch their large build inputs at build time instead
of vendoring them as git LFS objects (#239).
    deno (v2.1.1), ijava
(v1.3.0), and the Draw.io .deb (v24.7.5) are now pulled from their pinned
GitHub release URLs and verified with a sha256sum -c guard inside the
Dockerfiles, mirroring the existing micromamba pattern, and the three LFS
binaries (plus an unused orphan packages-microsoft-prod.deb) were removed.
The CI test matrix also stops pulling docker/** LFS objects it never used
(git lfs pull --exclude="docker/**"). This cuts the repo's LFS bandwidth and
storage cost; building the worker images is unchanged for users (the
docker-test CI job builds all three and validates the checksums).
  • Releases are now cut by an automated tag-triggered workflow
(.github/workflows/release.yml). Pushing a vX.Y.Z tag waits for CI to be
green on that commit, then builds, publishes to PyPI via Trusted Publishing
(OIDC), and creates the GitHub Release from the CHANGELOG. See
    docs/developer-guide/releasing.md.
