Added

Added GitHub credential import from the gh CLI, so existing authenticated GitHub users can bootstrap UXC auth with less manual setup.

Fixed

Avoid partial writes when importing GitHub credentials from gh, so failed imports do not leave half-written auth state behind.
Pinned Node.js and npm in the release workflow to restore reliable npm trusted publishing for @holon-run/uxc-daemon-client.
