Clarify animal file column and coordinate edits

Update CLI training guide to clarify two steps: (1) Specify that animal start weight is in column M ("Start weight") and instruct readers to verify the steers row shows "250 kg". (2) Make the instructions for creating a second farm explicit by telling users to change latitude and longitude by +1 degree (with examples) and save the settings file. These changes improve clarity and reduce ambiguity for users following the guide.
