Fix grammar and clarity in CLI training guide

Copy edits and wording improvements to the Holos CLI training guide markdown: correct grammar and punctuation, improve sentence flow (e.g. 'is'→'are', 'Though'→'Through'), fix typos and capitalization, normalize HTML align values, add missing punctuation and closing tags, and clarify output file descriptions (explicitly note CO2e outputs in Mg and kg). Also adjusted heading levels and minor wording (e.g. 'we two folders'→'we have two folders', 'languages'→'language') to improve readability.
