Add 'run another scenario' CLI instructions

Update the CLI training guide to reflect the new end-of-run prompt: "Would you like to run another scenario? (Y/N)". Replace the previous instruction to press Enter to close with guidance to type N (or press Enter) to close, or Y to start a new scenario without reopening the CLI. Also add two ways to start a second scenario: relaunch the CLI or type Y at the prompt if the CLI is still open.
