Round example numeric values in CLI docs

Trim excessive decimal precision in CLI_Input_File_Example.md by rounding many 'Example value' entries for consistency and readability. Changes touch numerous documentation fields (biomass coefficients, nitrogen contents, carbon inputs, emission/leaching factors, climate parameters such as precipitation, PET and monthly mean temperatures, and various livestock/feed parameters). Documentation-only change; no code or behavioral changes.
