Add support for custom indoor housing temperature

#408

Introduced new fields and resource strings to support custom indoor housing temperature for dairy cattle. Updated DairyCattleKeys, DairyConverter, AnimalTemporaryInputBase, and SettingsHandler to handle the new property. Also incremented application version and enabled manifest signing in the project file.
