Expand CLI input file documentation

Revise and significantly expand the CLI_Input_File_Example.md with detailed guidance for CLI CSV input files: added a How to Use section, Important Notes (file format, delimiters, column ordering, units, deprecated columns, templates), clarified field types, defaults, valid ranges, units and notes for Field entries, and added comprehensive sections for Dairy, Beef, Sheep and Farm Setting files (including key concepts for animal groups and management periods). Also updated references to source files and example values for clarity. Minor update to H.Content.csproj included to incorporate the documentation changes in the project.
