Disable wake word detection when phone is locked

I have set the HA companion app to answer to "OK Nabu". My S24 Ultra phone randomly turns on in my theater when I watch movies. This shines light wherever the screen is. It also could accidentally execute a command, which I don't want to.

This is especially of concern if I were to expose any security sensitive devices to Assist, such as locks, alarm and garage door controls.

It can't be good for battery life to be listening all the time while idle, either.
