I could connected my scale but only signal strength (body_composition_scale_50cb_signal_strength) for Body Composition Scale 50CB (MJTZC01YM) are shown. Device is connected via Bluetooth (Xiaomi BLE).

@m4v3r1ck1 check this thread for hints. You have to connect the scale to the phone via xiaomi home app and step on the scale. Home assistant should reconginse that there are changes and will propose to repair the device. It will require login to your xiaomi account. but it will probably fail because of the two factor authorization. To mitigate it you need to first login manually to account.xiaomi.com and then try to login from homeassistant. After it you might need to step on scale once again.

But I have another issue. For some reason homeassistant does not update values if I try to use scale on the next day, until I restart the instance.

Thank you @PavelGloba for that hint. The other sensors appeared after the setup with the Xiaomi Home App.
