Fan speed control with Google Assistant only work in English, not at all in other languages

The problem

In English, it is possible to ask Google Assistant to set a fan speed by specifying "low",, "medium", or "high".
Using another language, French in my case, makes not possible to control a fan speed, except for "medium" as it can be recognized. For other speeds, it is not possible.
I tried to say speeds in French, to translate my fan speeds in the config, but both does not work, changing speed is not possible by voice when speaking another language than English.

Yes this is a know issue. We have no way of providing these things translated yet.

With Home Assistant 2021.3.0 and the fan speed replaced by fan percentage, I though it will solve the issue but unfortunately, it is not possible to change the speed percentage by voice, tried in French. It is also known? Moreover, if I ask Google Assistant to make the fan faster or slower (which I did not think before), I have the following error in the log: `2021-03-04 19:37:00 WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.fan] fan.set_speed is deprecated, use fan.set_percentage or fan.set_preset_mode instead.` It looks like the Google Assistant calls the wrong service, or do I miss-understand the usage for fans?

It's possible on the API. We have no way to get translated data for these fields in the backend as of now.
