Describe the enhancement

Peblar firmware 1.10 added a Custom Solar charging strategy, which is defined entirely by three
user-set values: a start/stop power threshold (W), a grid power target (W), and an "always charge"
flag. Since 2026.10 the custom_solar mode is selectable in the smart charging select
(home-assistant/core#183359), but those three values are not exposed. Home Assistant can therefore
switch into a profile it can neither see nor change — the values have to be set by hand in the
charger's web interface and are static from then on, which removes most of the point of a
user-definable mode.

Please expose them as config entities: two number entities (W, device_class: power, negative and
positive values) for the threshold and the grid power target, and a switch for always charge. They
can be gated on the same condition _smart_charging_options() already uses to decide whether to
offer the mode (solar_charging_custom_power_target is not None), so they appear exactly when
custom_solar does. python-peblar 2.1.0 — which 2026.10 already depends on — supports all three for
both reading and writing (frenck/python-peblar#458), and I verified on my own charger that a PATCH
of these fields is accepted and applied. This is an integration-side addition only. Happy to test a
PR on real hardware.

Use cases

I charge my EV on solar surplus, and how eager that should be depends on the day. When the car still
needs a lot of energy and little sun is forecast, I want the start threshold close to zero so
charging begins early and briefly tops up from the grid. When there is little left to charge, or
tomorrow's forecast is strong, I want it further from zero so the charger waits for a real surplus.
That decision changes a few times a day, driven by my solar forecast and the energy the car still
needs — exactly the kind of thing Home Assistant is for, and exactly what a template sensor can
compute.

Thanks for the update.
Updated to 10.0 but I can not see the entities for these 3 settings in Home assistant

They do appear in your code

SolarChargingCustomPowerThreshold SolarChargingCustomPowerTarget SolarChargingCustomAlwaysCharge

But no editable entity
Can you Check?
