Only 12 servers can be shown in the CarPlay server's tab

Describe the bug
If I have 13 servers connected in the mobile app, only the first 12 will me shown in carplay server's lists.

To Reproduce
Connect to 13 servers, and open carplay tab "Servers"

Expected behavior
Show all servers or allow user to select which servers to show.
(I would love to have the possibility of reordering the server list in the companion app)

Due to CarPlay list item limitation we will need to workaround this with some sort of pagination, I'll add this improvements to the backlog.
