EEPROM UPDATED. Can I update now ??

I have update the eeprom. Please find the image attached.

Can I update now to v17.2

Please see in image the eeprom installed is April 2026. But it's still saying that a latest is available I.e. May 2025.

Kindly guide.

Raspberry Pi defines two firmwares: latest and default. The default ones are the ones they really recommend updating to (critical updates). On the other hand, latest are their latest firmware they consider stable and ready to be used, but not mandatory upgrading to.

Your system has the current latest installed, which is new enough and should cause no problem with HAOS 17.2.
