When waking from sleep, if full-screen MPV is on the second monitor, DtP is not visible?

I would like to know if this happens to other people, too.

== Configuration ==

• Two monitors
• Fractional scaling enabled
• DtP is docked at the bottom of the primary monitor
• DtP is only on the primary monitor

== Steps ==

1. Open a video with MPV (video player)
2. Move MPV window to the secondary monitor.
3. Make it full screen by pressing f
4. Pause the video.
5. Put the computer to sleep.
6. After a while, wake the PC up, MPV automatically resumes the video.

== What happens ==
DtP is invisible. The place where DtP should be is empty. DtP reappears if I press f on MPV to exit the full-screen mode, or press the Super key to bring up Gnome's Overview.
