[Proposal] Giving ha-mcp its own unique integration icon 🚀

Hey everyone,

Since ha-mcp is quickly becoming a core bridge for AI in Home Assistant, I think it’s time it gets its own dedicated integration icon instead of relying on a generic placeholder.

Having a custom icon would make the integration instantly recognizable in our dashboards and give the project the polished, official look it deserves.

We could go a few ways with the design, like blending the classic HA house silhouette with a subtle AI spark, neural node, or connection bridge. Of course, whatever we design would follow the official Home Assistant brand guidelines so it looks native in both light and dark modes.

Are the maintainers open to this?

Do we have any designers in the community who would want to whip up a few SVG concepts?

Two separate gaps: ha_mcp_tools already ships a local brand icon, picked up automatically on HA 2026.3+. The Add-on Store listing had no icon.png or logo.png at all. Fixed in #1916 (draft).
