Update branding: Remove "Energy" from app name, standardize "Watermeter" product name, and update domain links

The HomeWizard app was recently renamed from "HomeWizard Energy" to "HomeWizard", and the product name "Water Meter" should be consistently written as "Watermeter" (no space) across all documentation. Additionally, domain references are updated from the .nl domain to the .com domain.

Changes

App and API branding (14 files)

• HomeWizard Energy app → HomeWizard app
• HomeWizard Energy API → HomeWizard API
• Updated titles, descriptions, and metadata in docusaurus.config.js

Product name standardization

• Water Meter → Watermeter in product references
• Preserved water_meter in API field names (no breaking changes)

Domain updates

• https://www.homewizard.nl/energy → https://www.homewizard.com/ (with trailing slash)
• Updated 3 instances in docs/getting-started.mdx
