Helm chart: improve deployment configuration options

Improve Helm chart with additional deployment configuration options:

- **`envFrom`** — load env vars from Secrets/ConfigMaps in bulk
- **`podAnnotations`** — set annotations on pod templates
- **`nodeSelector`**, **`affinity`**, **`tolerations`** — control pod scheduling

These apply to all three deployments (api, delivery, log).
