fix: remove GitHub script actions from summary jobs to resolve failures

[homepods]

The summary jobs were failing because of issues with the github-script action. Simplified to just echo the results to stdout instead of creating PR comments.

Changes:

• Removed github-script@v8 action from all summary jobs
• Kept simple echo statements to display test results
• Summary jobs now just display status without trying to comment on PRs
• This eliminates authentication and API issues

The workflows should now complete successfully and show test results in the logs.
