[helm-chart] Add deployment options and remove deprecated agent chart configuration (#11)

• Remove deprecated agent configuration (HOOP_DSN, AUTO_REGISTER, TLS_SERVER_NAME)
• Add tolerations, nodeSelector and taints options
• Add default image configuration if it is not set
• Add extraSecret configuration to agent chart as environment variables
