- feat: PSR-4 modern OO implementation of Autoconfig
- fix: Backport updated mozilla discovery URL
- test: Amend unit tests to support the new-style library
- docs: Add README, UPGRADING and EXTENDING documents
- PSR-4 - PER-1 - typed and using strict types - Proper driver model - result object rather than hard binding to Horde implementations - updated mozilla URI - validation is now optional and needs a validator implementation (ships only interface and null implementation)
