dev.horde.org writer: Consume events directly from satisfiend API.

The dev.horde.org writer used to consume json filesystem structured created by a webhook ingester and more recently by an event listener on satisfiend.

Add a query client which gets the necessary "latest" events from satisfiend directly, omitting the json files.
