Merge latest FRAMEWORK_6_0 changes into feat/ci-run branch. Conflicts resolved: - CheckReporter.php: Use \Exception instead of imported Exception - PrCommentReporter.php: Use \Exception instead of imported Exception - RunCommand.php: Use (int)$prNumber instead of (int) $prNumber All changes align with FRAMEWORK_6_0 coding style.
