Lore is a Claude Code / Cursor plugin. It captures deploys, experiments, decisions, failed attempts, incidents, and releases as typed markdown records under .lore/, then distills them into reusable project canon.

Its anchor skill — lore:try-failed-exp — gives every project a place to record the things that didn't work, so future engineers don't retry them blindly.

Installs into .claude/ (hooks, skills, scripts) and creates .lore/ record store.

Codex, OpenCode, and Gemini CLI install shims land in v0.2.

First session

1. Install the plugin.
2. Start a fresh session — the SessionStart hook injects the using-lore primer automatically.
3. Run lore:detect — it scans your git history and suggests a starter set.
4. Run lore:harvest — it stages candidate records from git for you to confirm.
5. Write your first lore:try-failed-exp or lore:codex in under 2 minutes.

No config file required.

Lore 是一个 Claude Code / Cursor 插件。它将部署、实验、决策、失败尝试、故障和发布记录为 .lore/ 目录下带类型的 Markdown 文件，并将它们提炼成可复用的项目典藏。

核心技能 lore:try-failed-exp 为每个项目提供一个专门记录"什么行不通"的地方，让未来的工程师不会盲目地重蹈覆辙。
