Gets the real value of the given name in the given key of the registry and returns the result.
| Parameter | Data Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| key | string | the key of the registry name |
| name | string | the name of the registry value |
integer: Returns the value of the name in the key in the registry, or 0 if it does not exist.
