[WIP] Run on appveyor

• run on appveyor
• remove rdp debug code
• use -mx7 compression (?)
• run in less than 60 minutes :(

after merge

• enable appveyor webhook to automatically build the project (we can't do that, because we don't have admin permissions to this repo, same for setting up travis)
• make PR to cmake-init containing bug fixes and improvements of the appveyor.yml file (see [appveyor.yml] Simplify yaml syntax and fix watched file directories cginternals/cmake-init#79)
• reset appveyor default branch back to master, remove APPVEYOR_RDP_PASSWORD environment variable

Node.js takes too long to build on appveyor, therefore closing this for now.
