New "Not accessible" device status. Some MikroTik units hit a known RouterOS issue where the device stays up and reachable on the network, but its management session locks up so mikr can't read from it. These used to show as a red Offline, which looked like the device was down. They now get a distinct amber Not accessible badge — clearer that the box is up but can't be queried right now.
A Not accessible filter and dashboard counter appear automatically when any such device exists, and disappear once they recover. "Offline" no longer counts these, so your online/offline numbers stay honest.
