Added

• Add static DHCP leases from the device page. The DHCP tab now has an admin + Add Static Lease button — enter IP, MAC, server and an optional comment, and it's written to the router.
• Wi-Fi client list shows a useful label. The Comment column now falls back to the wireless access-list comment, or the client's DHCP hostname, instead of being blank.

Fixed

• New users limited to specific sites are now actually restricted. Creating a scoped user saved the chosen sites but not the restriction itself, so the user could still see everything. Fixed — re-save (Edit → Save) any user created before this release to correct it.
