The linter should follow unix ideology - be quiet if nothing is found

Now the cli is being spammed with "no errors found" message, which is unnecessary. htmlhint should just be quiet when everything is fine. Only when issues are found, messages should be sent.

Please add some flag to enable such behaviour.
