[Feature Request]: Pinning the Right Panel to the Bottom

I would like to have the option to pin the right panel at the bottom of the screen. As a web developer, I’m accustomed to this layout from tools like Chrome and Postman, and it has become second nature. Splitting the screen vertically is not ideal from a user experience standpoint, because it forces a narrower view of the content. Typically, developers prefer a horizontal split, allowing a broader view and more intuitive navigation. Having the ability to move or pin the side panel to the bottom would greatly improve readability and streamline the overall workflow.
