Use with apk installed certificate

Fixes issue with similar title.

1. Able to skip certificate requirements.
2. Add app in Android TV list of app. BUT app currently dont have suitable icon(16:9) so now looks little bit ugly.

I've now updated this with a proper icon and some further changes @Rufim.

When you have a second, can you test it for yourself locally and check it works OK for you, and then sign the CLA please?

Great! I will check tomorrow! But CLA is problem because i forgot change mail that i used for different project and not sure how to change it here normal way (github cant accept this email as new valid email). Maybe you could just create normal branch and i will cancel this PR,.
