Open global chrome

I'm not sure if I brought it up in the right place. I want to make the global chrome opening feature in the http toolkit in my puppeter project. How can I do it.

Sorry, I'm afraid I can't help with that. You're welcome to explore the code here and use it under the license (note that it's AGPL - which basically means any code reusing any of this has to be open-source). It's not actively intended for reuse though (unlike the actual libraries within this GitHub org) and I don't really have time to offer any support on using this.
