Possibly have common named css classes like hubmap-only and sennet-only that have definitions in a css file included separately by the HuBMAP and SenNet documentation projects such that when included as a style class for divs/spans/etc.. will hide/show depending on the project.
The css could be included by the default and other Jekyll templates.
This issue is a duplicate of the same on the SenNet side
