What happened?

Hi, I'm testing this plugin on my OpenCode by creating an agent team to write a PRD file, but it seems like it doesn't stop when the task is completed. I'm using Windows.

1. Write a prompt: create a agent team to search this project and write a PRD.md file
2. The task is complete
3. There is a loop in the Opencode like the above image

Thanks for reporting this with the screenshots. I think I can see what's happening.
There's a feedback loop in the message delivery system. When a teammate finishes and sends results to the lead, the lead replies back (some models do this more than others, kimi k2.6 being one of them). That reply wakes the teammate, who responds again, which wakes the lead, and so on....

I've got a fix on branch fix/issue-3-completion-loop that adds a completion guard at the system level. Once a teammate goes idle after reporting to the lead it will stop pushing new messages to them via promptAsync. Which means no model cooperation needed - it works regardless of how chatty the model is. 95% of this dev has been done with claude models so it's good to see how it works alongside some of the open source ones.
