• [FIX] 응원톡 관리 차단 API 수정 #159

✅ 작업 내용

• 응원톡에서 상황별로 호출해야 할 API 주소를 변경했습니다.
  • 보류 상태에서 차단 -> useCreateReportBlockMutation
  • 보류 상태에서 복원(허위 신고의 경우) -> useCreateReportUnPendingMutation
  • 차단 상태에서 복원 -> useUpdateCheerTalkUnblockMutation

♾️ 기타

• 현재 /reports/를 호출했을 때, isBlocked가 있는 경우에도 '찾을 수 없습니다' 라는 응답이 발생하고 있습니다. 백엔드에서 빈 배열을 전달해주면 해결될 문제로 보입니다!
