There's a fork that has this, so it might be worth bringing that work back into Felucca. https://github.com/isod89/sloop-fm1 Maybe have HOME swap between the view of the tracks and the waveform? |

Nice idea, an overview of all four tracks would be useful. Noted for 1.1. Thanks @tradiuz for the link, I'll have a look at how it's done there. |

This is in Felucca 1.4: https://github.com/hugelton/Felucca/releases/tag/v1.4 Set MENU > DISPLAY > HOME to TRACKS, and HOME shows the four tracks instead of the scope: a row each with the sound's name, the 16 steps of the page that plays (the playing step raised, longer patterns with a page marker), MUTE, and a level meter, with the selected track highlighted. The knobs work as before. Thanks @gospodindilly-ops, and @tradiuz for the pointer! I'll close this one. |
Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
It would be great to have a dedicated Sequencer Overview page showing all 4 tracks at the same time.
For example:
TRACK 1 . X . X . . X . X . .
TRACK 2 X . . X X . . X . X .
TRACK 3 . . X . . X . . X . .
DRUM X . X . X . X . X . X
^
PLAYHEAD
The page could show:
It does not need to be a full editor. Even a simple visual overview would make it much easier to understand how all tracks interact and build complete patterns.
This could be especially useful for different track lengths and polymetric patterns.
Thanks!
