Metronome and count-in for recording

Recording into the sequencer would be much easier with a click to play along to.

Wanted

• Metronome: a click on every beat (accented on the bar) while recording, optionally while playing. Level and on/off in the MENU (CONTROL or AUDIO tab); it goes to the speaker / headphones and maybe not to the USB audio output.
• Count-in: when REC starts recording from stop, count one bar (or 1 / 2 bars, OFF) before the sequencer starts, with the click and a countdown on the screen (4, 3, 2, 1).

Notes

• Follows the tempo and the external clock (USB / TRS); with an external clock, count-in is off, since the clock decides when to start.
• The click should be cheap: a short synthesized blip, no sample.

MENU > AUDIO has CLICK (OFF / REC / ON), CLICK LEVEL (LOW / MID / HIGH) and COUNT-IN (OFF / 1 BAR / 2 BARS), and holding REC opens a quick layer with the same three plus CLEAR. The click goes to the headphones and the speaker only, never to USB audio or into a pattern. With a count-in, a note played in its last half beat lands on step 1. Everything is off by default. Closing this one.
