Thanks, good point: step recording should write where the cursor is when the sequencer is stopped, and it shouldn't record by accident just because you're on a SEQ page. I've noted it for 1.2, together with the other sequencer improvements. |

This is in Felucca 1.1.5: https://github.com/hugelton/Felucca/releases/tag/v1.1.5 On SEQ > STEP with the sequencer stopped, tap REC: the track is armed but PLAY doesn't start ("KEYS WRITE STEPS"). Each note (or chord) goes into the step under the cursor, and the cursor moves on when you let go. Without REC the keys only play, so being on a SEQ page no longer records by accident. PLAY with the track armed records live as before. Thanks for the clear suggestion @EmeraldMoonLabs! I'll close this one. |

We can only record the last step regardless of playhead selector location. If can record a pressed note onto the selected slot it would be amazing.
If we could make step recording a toggle (pressing step will record any note for step recording - sometimes you practice and accidentally record cuz your on SEQ. I think it should be:
Seq - open seq dont record
Rec - step recording
Rec while play - real-time recording.
Thank you updates are amazing !
