Feature request: more user presets and better fx

I suggest you to
increase the number of user presets
Have better reverb, chorus and phaser

Thanks, glad it works well as an expander! There are 32 user presets now, and the flash is nearly full, so more slots will have to wait until the samples move out of the firmware. A better reverb has come up a few times (#151), and I'll look at the effects in a later version.

It has a new reverb type, HALL (FX > REVERB, TYPE): a smooth stereo reverb, and the default on a fresh start. The FX layer also gained FLANGER and PHASER. More user preset slots will have to wait: the flash is still nearly full, so it's still 32 for now. I'll keep this open for that. Thanks @Piattica!
