Clear seq with hold REC

Clearing a sequence takes a very long time. Clearing with REC was great in 0.9.

Thanks, and sorry for the trouble. I took the REC hold out in 1.0 because it was too easy to wipe a pattern by accident. In 1.0.4 it comes back in a safer form: on the SEQ pages (STEP, the drum grid, PATTERN, CHANCE), holding REC for 0.7 s asks "CLEAR Tn SEQUENCE?". OCT+ clears, OCT- cancels, and holding SAVE undoes the clear. The hold never arms or disarms recording, and on the other pages REC works as before.
